Jimmy James Gaitan

Jimmy James Gaitan was born June 4, 1970 to Jose Gaitlan and Connie Chavez in Abilene, Texas and passed from this life on February 4, 2025 at the age of 54. He was a finisher at Joe's Concrete and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. His hobbies were drawing and engraving. He enjoyed listening to the oldies and the blues while enjoying a cold one. Jimmy loved barbecues and spending time with his family. He was loved deeply and will be greatly missed. Jimmy is survived by his father Joe Gaitan, his sister Janette Gaitan, his brother Jason, many nieces and nephews, and his baby Nena. He is preceded in death by his mother Connie Chavez and his older brother Joe Gaitan, Jr.


Visitation will be held Monday from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Guajardo Funeral Chapels with the Holy Rosary at 7:00. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 11 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Cemetery.
