Viviana C. Castillo

Viviana C. Castillo went to be with her Lord and Savior December 10, 2020 in her home at the age of 83. She was born August 15, 1937 in Post, TX to Paula Garcia and Jose J. Chavez. She married Augustine Castillo April 1, 1993 in Lubbock, TX and they shared much love and many years together. Viviana was self-employed and made the most amazing burritos in her little store. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and will be remembered for her loving heart. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Rafael Barrera, Esteban (Ana Marisa) Barrera, Anita (Lee Roy) Navarette, Julian (Vicky) Navarette, 27 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren, and 49 great-great- grandchildren. Viviana is preceded in death by her husband Augustine Castillo.
Honoring Viviana as pallbearers are: Juan Barrera, Michael Lara, Joseph Flores, Jonathon Barrera, Steve Barrera and Steve Barrera, Sr.

Vistiation will be held at Guajardo Funeral Chapels Tuesday, December 15 from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. with the Holy Rosary service at 7:00 in the evening.
Graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
